Bring a good pair of hiking shoes! With names like Council Overhang, Sandstone Point, Eagle Cliff, and Giant's Bathtub, it's understandable why so many are eager to hike the trails and get to these awe-inspiring locations.

14+ Seasonal Waterfalls

Dreams are made of trails and waterfalls (at least ours are!) LaSalle, St. Louis, and French Canyon feature some of the most recognizable waterfalls in the Midwest. The Lake and Cascade Falls at Matthiessen are also stunning.

Carved over millions of years, it's beauty as far as the eye can(yon) see! Wildcat, Kaskaskia, Illinois, and Aurora Canyon are just a few places where you can experience the rich history, diverse colors, and fragile sandstone on an inner canyon trail.
